Order processing

 

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Sunday through Thursday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

 

Shipping times

 

FitMount ships internationally from our fulfillment partner. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

 

Israel: 5-10 business days

United States: 10-15 business days

European Union and United Kingdom: 10-18 business days

Rest of world: 14-21 business days

 

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or remote destinations.

 

Shipping rates

 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination.

 

Customs, duties, and taxes

 

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes collected by your local customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Tracking

 

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

 

Lost or damaged packages

 

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at fitmount.brand@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can resolve the issue.
